Let’s Support Our Local Farmers’ Markets in 2018! Y ou know you can’t beat the delicious flavor and nutrition-packed goodness of just-picked, homegrown fruits, vegetables, and herbs! Add fresh baked goods, unique items like pure maple syrup, local honey, organic dog treats, handcrafted natural soaps and gorgeous floral arrangements, and you’ve got Hendricks County’s Farmers’ Markets! You can choose from several markets on the days and times listed below. Hendricks County Parks has partnered with the following area markets to produce a handy card listing locations, days and times for our farmers’ markets. The free card also indicates which vendors accept WIC and Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Vouchers, and Fresh Bucks. Pick one up at any of our Wednesday night Summer Fun Runs or at any of the markets listed below. It’s part of our mission to promote healthy living in Hendricks County! Growers and artisans are eager to share their knowledge with you or to answer your questions, so let’s support them!
