Put Your Artwork on Display IN THE McCLOUD NATURE CENTER! W e are looking to collaborate with local artists to fill our display space at the Nature Center of McCloud Nature Park in month-long rotations. We’d like to display the artwork of our community’s artists on our walls and/ or in our display cases! The exhibit could be a collection of a single artist’s works or a collection of work from multiple artists. The content should be suitable to our setting — appropriate for viewing by all ages and preferably nature-related. We are not particular about the media; photography, sculpture, drawings, paintings, crochet, jewelry, etc. would all be considered. Simply complete the entry form and liability waiver with information about what artwork you’d like to display, and then submit it to us at The forms can be found on our website at www. HendricksCountyParks. org, requested via email, or picked up at our main office or at the McCloud Nature Center during normal business hours. Our main office, located at 955 E. Main Street in Danville, is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Nature Center is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays through Saturdays and from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sundays through October. Beginning Nov. 1, the Nature Center is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sundays. We look forward to seeing your artwork on display at the McCloud Nature Center! Giving Committed to supporting our communities. We care about strengthening and supporting the communities we serve.
