I feel like our coordinating
group re-invented its mode of
operation every 6 months
or so! Every time we settled on a
new structure, we thought "this
should work well now", but then circumstances changed, people changed, numbers changed
and we faced a new "crisis". It was exhausting! But soon I realised that
this was part of our working
pattern, and it didn’t
worry me so
much anymore.
