The Alpha Iota Chapter hosted the South Texas Regional Conference
"In addition to learning effective communication skills with chapter sisters during the planning, hosting conference helped us meet new sisters from our region," said Grecia Guerra, Alpha Iota Chapter president. "Two months after conference, sisters from the Alpha Iota chapter attended an event at Alpha Delta's university (Texas A&M University-Kingsville). They spent all day with Alpha Delta and at last minute decided to stay the night in Kingsville and our sisters offered a place to stay."
The Alpha Chi hosted the Rocky Mountain Regional Conference
"What the Alpha Chi enjoyed most about hosting the Rocky Mountain regional conference was being able to interact with other sisters and learn from each other's chapters", said Alpha Chi President Angelica Juarez about her experience. "There is always room for growth and improvements for chapters and I feel we got a lot out of this conference. During our planning process, we were also able to strengthen our chapter through the various work we did together."
