What advice would you give to a new member: Always try to apply things into real world scenarios. What you learn from KDChi, will always come back. So, begin seeing things as life lessons, it can be as simple as professional attire to as big as conflict resolution. Everything is experience, and everything is an opportunity for per But also, don't forget to reach out for help, advice or guidance. Alumnae are here to help you grow, just like there were Alumnae there for us.

Being in Kappa Delta Chi taught me: It has taught me the value of my voice, and also the importance of the role I play as a resource. While I was an undergrad, everything was so hard and challenging. But I knew I was part of something bigger. Now as an Alumnae, I see the bigger picture, I see the fruits of hard work and the bonds that come from such a powerful organization. I have learned, you get our of it, what you put into it.

What advice would you give to a new member: Embrace the knowledge that you gain not only through the process, but throughout college. I have been able to take what I have learned and really put it to use in my career.

Being in Kappa Delta Chi taught me: How to conduct myself in a professional manner. By having weekly chapter meetings, this has taught me the appropriate way to engage in work staff meetings and speak with my supervisor.

What advice would you give to a new member: The time and committment needed to be successful in KDChi is rewarded with an amazing bond with people that are passionate about the same things as you- service, the sisterhood and education.

Being in Kappa Delta Chi taught me: Being in Kappa Delta Chi taught me: how to be a leader among my peers and be compassionate about giving back to those in need.

What advice would you give to a new member: KDChi is a lifetime experience; You will develop long lasting friendships and now no matter what you will always have someone to count on. For this reason, KDChi has been my home away from home.

Being in Kappa Delta Chi taught me: To never give up and to become the leader I truly am.
