Name: Josselyn Medrano

Position: Assistant Treasurer, [email protected]

Chapter, School: Lambda, Arizona State University

What advice would you give to a new member: Have fun! The new member process is exhausting and stressful but it is one of the best times of your undergrad life all in one. Bond with those around you, both new members and active body and don't forget to laugh!

Being in Kappa Delta Chi taught me: Acceptance. You are constantly surrounded by intelligent and beautiful women who very alike but yet so different. Everyone has something different to bring to the table and no one should ever feel like they cannot be themselves. We accept each and every sister for who they truly are. I love that. Thank you!

Name: Andrea Flores

Position: Charter Member Education Officer, [email protected]

Chapter, School: Sigma Chapter, University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!)

What advice would you give to a new member: Enjoy every minute of the process.

It'll be over sooner than you think. Make some awesome memories and have fun. And never forget why you decided to join!

Being in Kappa Delta Chi taught me: Better time management skills. I've always been good at prioritizing things but once I became a sister and took on so many other extra curriculars, I quickly learned that being able to manage my time wisely was important. Still to this day I make good use of my calendars and setting reminders for upcoming events.
