Chances are, the vast majority of you haven't which is probably why there is still such a stigma around hypnotism, despite the scientific evidence backing up the benefits.
It probably doesn't help that the most we know about hypnosis is what is portrayed through comics, cartoons and Hollywood movies, and it's usually a nefarious villain using the technique to control those around them. Well, I am here to introduce you to a man that is on a quest of debunking all that nonsense and will be able to shed new light on how hypnosis works, how it can help you and how it is also so much fun!
Meet Colin Christopher. He has a degree in chemistry and genetics. He has traveled around the world as a performer and keynote speaker. His journey has brought him onto cruise ships and into about 80 countries. He is a ski instructor (teaches kids!), an athlete, a performer, a hypnotherapist, an author, a public figure and I really feel that I am barely hitting the tip of the iceberg here. However, I think the best way to combine all of his endeavors is to refer to him as a 'Relationship Expert', because once you get to know him a little, you come to realize that everything he does revolves around relationships.
