The Edmonton Muse November 2017 | Page 44

Hello everyone here we are once again with Quintessential Tarot’s reading of the month for November!

I had the opportunity to sit down with the lovely Kasandra who wanted to know what sort of things were coming up for her and her family, this is what the cards had to say.

The first card I pulled is the Prince of Cups I got a very clear picture of a young boy with dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. He’s quiet and some may see him as shy, but that is actually not the case. He just doesn’t really like to talk unless he has something important to say. He’s much more of an active listener. We see leadership qualities in this person, and he is someone who is more comfortable when expressing himself through actions.

Next we see the Four of Cups which is an absolutely lovely card of love and celebration. This card means devotion, perfect love and expansion of emotion; having your heart in the right place. It means growth in your circle of loved ones. This card can also signify forgiveness if there’s been a falling out with somebody. We see any sort of rift being mended and the desire to heal the relationship.

Sitting in past events, we see the High Priestess Inverted. She stands on her head like this to let us know that whatever projects you are working on (and possibly struggling with) are a reminder that they were given to you for a reason. This is something you are learning from and something that will help you grow as a person. Stand in the power of who you truly are, and don’t be afraid to make decisions or take action in order to see positive results.

Next up in the passing energy, we see the Ten of Cups. This card to me is always a huge reminder to trust my intuition. This card usually comes up when you already have a gut feeling about what is going on in your present situation. This is a sign that true feelings are manifesting and emotions are no longer unsure. Events that you felt happening intuitively are actually coming true.

Sitting at the top in future energy, we see Judgment. This is the card of balance and spiritual awakening. Beginning to believe in something more than the physical is what this card signifies. You may be opening up to communication from the other side, or learning to truly trust your inner voice. In my readings with this deck over the years, this card has also come to mean the return of somebody from your past, most likely from a past life. This is a strong connection between two souls and balance is needed to fully understand both the connection and it’s lesson.

Just below Judgement in Kasandra’s future events, we have pulled one of my favourite cards in the deck. The Seven of Cups is a card of love, happiness, joy, sensuality, sexuality and passion. This is a happy relationship, with two people who are both willing to work hard at keeping their love and their connection alive and passionate.

Now sitting at the bottom in your environment, we see the Ten of Swords. This is a warning to you that you will see the direct results and the pleasantness or the unpleasantness of your own actions and decisions. When I see this card I tell people to please be patient. To me it literally screams of taking the time to think things through thoroughly so one does not act rashly and end up making mistakes. Take your time, you got this. Nothing truly great is built overnight.

Next card sitting in her strength position, we see the Eight of Swords. This is the card of perseverance, strength and learning how to move forward though unexpected boundaries that may suddenly be in place. It is a calling to continue on, even if plans aren’t going quite the way you expected. This card also signifies a desire to serve others and a heightened sense of spirituality. This card shows the strength of character that rises to the occasion, even in the face of adversity. You will definitely continue this forward motion even if an obstacle or two appears to trip you up.

Sitting under hopes and fears we see the Eight of Pentacles which is a card I really love. This is the card of financial success and stability. It shows your hard work paying off, and it also signifies being able to take care of your physical health. Feeling stronger, healthier, and having the energy to take on any task thrown in front of you. If you happen to be struggling or patiently waiting to see the fruits of your labor, this card lets you know that great things are on their way and your hard work is about to pay off.

Our final outcome card is the Three of Pentacles which is a pregnancy card. Now this is also a card of abundance and prosperity, which means the acquisition of property or material goods. General good luck and good fortune entering your life. Looking back on the reading in general, seeing the dark haired gentleman at the very beginning of it along with a soul connection and an abundance of love in your life I feel confident that this is an actual coming pregnancy. There is another child on its way to you and your family along with financial growth just around the corner.

Happy times are definitely ahead according to this lovely Celtic Cross spread and I hope that you enjoyed the reading. KaSandra, thank you so much for letting me take a peek at your future. Until next month, blessings to you all!
