Terrylynn of Boot Scootin Boogie Dances, a major supporter of the Country music scene in Edmonton and its' local artists is on a quest to find a permanent venue to call home.
"I have been involved in the venue we historically know as the Wild West Saloon through all of its transitions/owners and have seen how it was a "home" to many. Sadly in April of 2016 the most recent owners closed its doors for good leaving us feeling "homeless." This is when I decided to take the bull by the horns and do something about it! I rented a hall and a hired a band in attempts to keep the family together and the music going and we have had 17 events since then! We teach dance lessons at each event! The family keeps growing and growing! Although this passion began in the Wild West, we continue it as Boot Scoot'n Boogie Dances."
