Q. If you weren't cooking for a living, what

would you be doing?

A. Playing in a band with some dead end job.

Q. What did you want to be when growing up? A. I really didn't know, I just wanted to be doing something creative. The adult world seemed void of fun and scared the hell out of me.

Q. If you left Edmonton to cook somewhere else, where would you go?

A. Back to BC most likely, my birthplace, maybe Kamloops or Kelowna. Big enough to draw attention, but small enough to keep you humble.

Q. Most embarrassing cooking moment?

A. Rambling on and on during my first TV appearance.

Q. Person you would most like to cook for?

A. Thoughtful answer; me when I was in high school. Starstruck answer, probably Dave Grohl

Q. What project are you most excited about right now?

A. The idea I can do pop ups, however and whenever we so choose. Also, cant get into details but a national TV show in the fall/winter.

Q. Do you have any pet peeves?

A. Most Chefs, Right Wing Americans, Food Journalists, protective covers on condiments, and people who don't understand the messy brilliance of True Detective Season 2.

Q. What's your karaoke song?

A. White Wedding by Billy Idol

Q. What do you like to do when you aren't in the kitchen?

A. Do whatever Bon Scott would do in any given situation. Travel, photography, music, concerts.

Q. What is your favourite sports team?

A. New Orleans Saints and sadly I am a Leafs fan

Q. If you had $10,000 how would you spend it? A. Right now? take out a full page ad in The Edmonton Journal and remind the city a Mayor and City council should tweet less and fix homelessness more.
