The tools to do this are ubiqui- tous and inexpensive, so everyone has access. What makes the difference is the talent using the tools. When the weapons are cheap, the battle is won by the team that attracts and retains the best people. The best people will not tolerate legacy processes when there are organizations that offer a faster, more satisfying work experience. Engage your Learning and Development team early in the program. Its members are eager to help and want to bring relevant education to the organization. Finally, keeping your trained people should be the highest priority. This is where savvy Cloud Leaders must really dig in and sharpen their leadership skills. People want to follow good people, so if you are weak in leadership skills, reach out and get help. Leader- ship is a practice that can be improved. The quality of your leadership will show
