The Right Talent Once your mission and objectives are defined, you know who you need to bring on board to help on your journey. The focus in hiring the right talent is now shifting away from ensuring that the candidate is the BEST one out of the pool of many and instead to the candidate being the RIGHT one for the job. Does the candidate have sufficient experience, is flexible enough, excited to learn, is he or she a fit for our mission, and willing to go on the journey with us? These are the questions the companies who attract rockstars are now asking. At CTP we follow this exact philosophy. We are not interested in hiring people who are simply the best fit against the experience and education criteria spec- ified in our job reqs but might not be a good team player.
