that you spend one hour building your email foundation to save hundreds of hours across the many emails you will send in your future. 4 Meal prepping is not just for your health. Why spend one hour prepping lunch and dinner for the next day when you can spend that same hour prepping MORE food for the next five days? You’re already in the kitchen with your oven on, just add more food, ration everything out, and you won’t have to spend another hour in your WEEK thinking about lunch or dinner. Just these four changes alone have given me hours of my week back. The key here is to maintain that multiplier mindset in each choice you make. Will this decision benefit me just this once now, or many times in my near future? Who wouldn’t want the latter?
