Where do you live in Tampa and why?
I’ve lived in Downtown Tampa in a Condo High-Rise
since 2001 because I love the walkability.
What do you like to do in the area for fun?
I enjoy the downtown scene with my husband and
friends. We love to meet up at local spots on Franklin
St. like The Hall on Franklin, check out new art murals, or
just grab a beer at Hidden Springs Ale Works.
What do you like most about the area?
The Diversity, growth, city living, our water view and
walkability! What is your favorite restaurant ?
DISTRICT TAVERN Rules! They are cool, drinks are
amazing, and the food is delish. I’m waiting for them
to create the FIERCEPIERCE BEYOND BURGER! :) wink

If you could change anything in urban districts what
would it be?
Transportation, we need a cool trolley system that
circles all areas not just for tourist from the boat to Ybor. Where is your go-to place for happy hour?
I love Ulele outside with the beautiful landscape sitting
by the statue surrounded by fire overlooking a lovely
sunset while I enjoy one of their specialty drinks.
WORK What are your top three spots to grab appetizers?
The Hall on Franklin, Armature Works and Columbia.
Do you work in the urban districts and what do you
do?
Yes, I am a Realtor in the Downtown area and specialize
in selling luxury real estate and High Rise rentals.
However, recently I’ve been traveling for the show
HGTV House Hunters and just finished filming my 3rd
Episode in the Florida Keys.
How do you think the current Downtown Tampa and
surrounding areas explosion of new residents has
affected your business?
It has had a positive effect but at the same time caused
a shortage in inventory.
What do you vision for the urban core to be in ten
years?
Busy, Busy, Busy, and that's a beautiful thing! I LOVE
TAMPA and expect the completion of many High Rise
Developments, much more diversity and more people
wanting to LIVE the Downtown Lifestyle. No Rules just
life!
Where is your favorite place to take clients and co-
workers?
The Social on Harbour Island because it has such a
Florida vibe with the water and city view.
Where is your favorite place to get away from work?
HOME! :)

Where is the first place you take your out of town
guest and why?
The Riverwalk and Armature Works because both
are amazing for people watching and Armature has
something for everyone.
Name your three favorite outdoor activities?
Jogging or bike riding the Riverwalk, Boating, and fall
concerts in our downtown parks!
What is your favorite museum?
Tampa Museum of Art
If you could add anything you wanted to the area for
fun, what would it be?
A beach located downtown.
