This unit is designed to work with the Wortex by
Nastec pump range. Designed to absorb the sun’s
rays as a source of energy for generating electricity or
heating. These panels are called “monocrystalline” to
indicate that the silicon used is a single-crystal silicon.

The range was further extended to incorporate an efficient horizontal
stainless steel multi-stage pump with VSD (variable speed drive) that offers
flow rates from 3 000 litres to 10 000 litres per hour.
Cascade also comes with 5m and 10m float switches, 3 types of DSK Flow
Controls ranging from 1.1kW to 2.2kW 230v, a range of intelligent control
boxes that are supplied complete with capacitors for the Wortex borehole
motors. They can also be used to protect surface motors and pumps.
They range from 0.37kW to 2.2kW 230V and 0.75kW to 7.5kW 400V. These
intelligent control boxes offer basic protection from underload, overload and
phase failure conditions. They also offer a low voltage auxiliary capability to
connect float switches, pressure switches, etc. to start or stop the pump.
It also includes a range of variable speed drives, complete with 0-10 bar
pressure transducers. The range covers the following types of motors: 1.5kW
230V, 1.5kW 3X230V and 2.2kW to 7.5kW 400V.
