A new hot water tank is in the warehouse, and we expect to complete the installation shortly. Installation
of the new swamp cooler will occur at about the same time.
The first-yard cleanup
project was completed at
the end of October, and we
hauled off loads of junk to
the dump including the old
furniture. Trees and other
shrubs have been watered,
and we will have the drip
system restored this winter
with an automatic drip
program for historical trees
and shrubs.
