SUPER ! BitCon

OKLAHOMA CITY - SUPER ! BitCon is coming to OKC and taking it by storm ! On April 29-30 , this gaming extravaganza is setting up shop at the Oklahoma State Fair Park ’ s Oklahoma Expo Hall .
In 2016 approximately 4,000 participants attended this show that features multiple vendors with games and gaming apparel , developers and their latest games as well as a multitude of artists and craft vendors . The experience is enhanced with countless partakers decked out in their favorite character ’ s costumes and they are always ready to take a picture !
Spend some time in the Gaming Museum that will take you back into the history of the evolution of gaming . A highlight of this is the recently discovered Nintendo PlayStation prototype that will be on display here . You can also speak with Patrick Scott Paterson and benefit from his wealth of knowledge from being a video game preservation advocate .
Want to get a “ hands-on ” experience ? Sign up to play in a tournament , contest or competition ! There are also various workshops and activities ! Also , make sure and take in one of the many informative panels with guest speakers that are both funny and educational .

Summers returning for the second year . Mr . Summers is known for Nickelodeon shows like “ Double Dare ” and “ What Would You Do ?” from the 1980s and ‘ 90s ; Phil Moore , host of Nick Arcade , will be returning this year as well . He now lends his voice to several characters on “ Robot Chicken ” and hosts “ Let ’ s Make a Deal Live ”; voice actress Rachael Messer is back for SUPER ! BitCon 2017 ! Her voice acting workshop was so popular last year that it ’ s coming back for our main stage this year .
Scott Patterson returns to SUPER ! BitCon 2017 , ringing in his fourth year . Patterson is co-owner of the U . S . National Video Game Team , Industry Correspondent at Little Player Magazine , and Senior Columnist at G4 @ SyfyGames ; he ’ s a walking database of gaming knowledge and lore , so you won ’ t want to miss him !
Geno Younger returns for his third year as the SUPER ! BitCon Master of Ceremonies ! Geno will host panels and hosting our annual Game Show with his lovely wife Westin .
Who doesn ’ t want to be a Super Hero ? Make sure and check New World Comics ’ Super Hero School as it returns to SUPER ! BitCon , an outstanding attraction for kids and families , this year they will be have their Guardians of the Galaxy set .
An important part of Super ! BitCon is the Charity Bazaar . For this bazaar , participant can purchase raffle tickets in order to win gamin related items that are donated by members of the community . All proceeds go to support the Hot Dogs for the Homeless nonprofit , a local organization providing weekly meals to those in need .
Tickets will be available for sale at the event : $ 10 teens and adults , $ 5 kids 5-12 , and kids under 5 , senior citizens over 60 , and military / vets with ID are free !
