Palmer Cup to C.C. of Farmington
The 15th Russell C. Palmer Cup will take place May 21-22 at the Country
Club of Farmington. Honoring Connecticut Hall of Fame member and former
CSGA Executive Director Russell Palmer, the 54-hole stroke-play champi-
onship is open to golfers with handicaps of 6.4 or lower. The golf course, a
Deveraux Emmet design, dates back to 1924, the club itself to 1892.
