Connecticut will be represented by a total of five players, all of whom successfully
advanced to the 37th U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship, being played October
7th - 12th at Capital City Club in Atlanta, Ga. Among those to advance were a
pair of past CSGA champions in Thomas McDonagh (2006 and 2011 CT Amateur
Champion) and Raymond Floyd, Jr. (2011 CT Mid-Amateur Champion).
