Where to Play?

Late April and early May are the perfect weeks to tee it up
in Hilton Head, when temperatures are ideal and the azaleas
are bursting with activity. Home to the RBC Heritage, South
Carolina’s only PGA TOUR event, Harbour Town Golf Links
is the course that literally put Hilton Head Island on the
map. This distinguished course places a premium on finesse,
imagination and shot making, rather than strength. The par4 18th hole (pictured) is one of the most recognizable holes
in all of golf, and plays 472 yards from the back tees. But not
to worry, Harbour Town has five sets of tees, ranging from
5,208 yards to 7,101, so the beautiful views can be enjoyed
by golfers of all abilities. Needless to say, no golf excursion
to Hilton Head Island is complete without experiencing this
Lowcountry legend.
