Consequently , I immediately went into “ college library mode .” I quietly got my espresso , got online and started working .
It took me a few times of silently working there , before I started meeting and talking to some of the most amazing people that hail from all over this planet of ours .
When I look back on that first day , in my very first coworking space … I literally laugh out loud !
It was a very comical experience because when I walked through those doors , I felt like fistbumping everybody , grabbing myself a solo cup full of beer and start partying like a rockstar . But my college party days sometime distract me . I forget how important ALL of the work we ’ re doing in this digitally-enhanced landscape really is .
Coworking spaces are a place to PARTY !
It ’ s just a party that involves a lot of really smart people , who are changing the way business happens , in this fast-paced internet world . That means there ’ s a lot of quiet , and focused work going down in a coworking space near you !
