Highlighted: D.J. Hill
As basketball season comes
to an end, it’d be remiss
not to highlight one of the
best players in Newton
County in Newton senior
guard D.J. Hill. Hill was
named All-region this year,
a traditional point guard
and a true field general. He
is the leader of the Rams’
offense averaging 11 points
and six assists per game.
Hill, who just got his test
scores back, qualifies to
play Division-1 basketball
and he has the talent to do
just so.
