Brems said guests had positive feedback from their experiences. “People liked the location and how it was arranged and spread out,” she said. “We had a good variety of vendors and the caterers who were here brought great samples to share.” A new vendor at the show was Hasseman Brewing, who was featuring personalized labels for its craft beer. “We off er our standard four beers and you can put pic- tures of the couple on the label,” said Kirby Hasseman, owner. “We print the labels in-house and the beer is manufactured right here in Coshocton too. It’s a unique idea to make a special event even extra special.” Steve Murray from Carroll’s Men Shop has been at past bridal expos and was happy to be back. “I enjoy meeting people and showing them our prod- ucts,” he said. As far as trends for grooms and their groomsmen, Murray said he is seeing a lot of grey and navy used with diff erent color combinations. “Th ey also aren’t always renting a full tux,” he said. “Th ey will rent a vest, tie and shirt and maybe wear kha- kis, black pants or jeans with boots. Th at’s not just here either. It’s a nationwide trend.” Murray was happy to see the expo moved to the pavil- ion by Brems and Amy Stockdale, from the chamber of commerce, who both took over organizing the event. “Th e pavilion is a great place to have this,” Murray said. “Th e ladies did a good job for their fi rst year.” Love Where You Live!
