Northern California region?
The most unique differentiator of Carte Blanche Wine
as compared to the copious amounts of Northern Cali-
fornia Wineries is that of product over profit. It’s the in-
tegrity of the brand, the producer, the General Manager,
and the Winemaker all working in tandem in a unified
mission of quality, rarity, and luxury!  Quality first and
foremost, profit will follow.

serves as your vintner mark on your Nicholas Allen
Wines.
The significance behind the wax seal on my label that
serves as my Vintner Mark or logo, is that the French
wax seal was given to me by my grandmother Dorothy
Dillon one Christmas, and it became a significant way
to express my love and respect for our families fine wine
producing heritage, while humbly embarking to make
my own mark in fine wine production.
