ITALIAN CAVIAR , THE REDISCOVERY OF ITALIAN CAVIAR ORIGIN Ars Italica Caviar, brand of the Italian Caviar s.r.l., identifies the different types of caviar obtained from sturgeon clusters grown for more than 10 years on average, in the clear waters of the Ticino Park. Caviar has deep roots in Italy, where it was historically prepared and considered a true delicacy, precious food and a privilege reserved for noble families and popes, especially between the fifteenth and nineteenth centuries.
