q a & Alexis Day Alexis Day St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery is a 100% Estate Grown, Napa Valley sustainably farmed winery. Share with us the significance of this and how it aids in developing your exceptional selection of wines. St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery is now showcasing its extraordinary wines in Southern California on glamorous Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills in the form of The St. Supéry Estate Tasting Salon through August 2018. Tell us what spawned the idea to take your well recognized, exceptional Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and estate red and white blends and establish at tasting room in that location? Emma Swain Being a 100% estate winery means you have complete control over every process from the vineyard through bottling. This allows you to make decisions in the vineyard that will directly impact the final product, the bottled wine. Quality, not volume is always at the forefront of our decisions. To be intimately knowledgeable of every aspect of every parcel of our vineyards and have a long history with those vines, means we can anticipate how the fruit will respond to different growing seasons and have a good understanding of the vintage. Knowledge of each different parcel ensures we are able to make informed growing decisions with quality always at the forefront. Emma Swain We have been seeking a location for about nine years where we can engage with our customers in Southern California and share the Napa Valley experience. When we learned of the space on Rodeo Drive, we recognized it was the perfect location to share our wines with our current customers and introduce our wines to new guests. It is a beautiful extension of our winery and we are so pleased to have the opportunity to extend our hospitality, our wines and the love for Napa Valley to Southern California.
