T TR I have an expansive international client list, and depending on the real estate I am marketing, I target certain lists that I know would be of interest to particular buyers. I find all that makes a particular property attractive and put that in my marketing materials. I will include a picture of the financial security of the investment opportunity and relate this to currency exchange rates. I also provide a map of the location and best transportation how to get there. As much information you can furnish is key for international real estate. To take the properties to market, I will source the most relevant publication, making sure the information is in the proper issue, directly in line with what you are selling. For example, you wouldn’t market a tropical property in the “Switzerland issue” of a major publication. AD As a luxury Realtor you may at times find yourself swimming with a few sharks, I know, I have been in the game. Being at such a competitive high stakes level of the real estate market, what keeps you driven and what do you believe makes you stand out? TR I am not afraid of sharks. I am too seasoned for that, and I stay in my own lane. I love to scuba with wild sharks, in the shark infested South Pacific ocean.
