Wall sit:

Muscles Used: Thighs

How to do it: Sit as a 90 degree angle to the wall, feet on the floor back against the wall and hold.

Crunches:

Muscles Used: Core

How to do it: Balance on your tailbone and bring your knees and chest together.

Pull ups:

Muscles Used: Upper body

How to do it: Find a pull up bar and hold, then pull yourself up, touch your chin to the bar and lower yourself, repeat.

Squats:

Muscles Used: Glutes

How to do it: Place your feet at shoulder with and squat, repeat.

Pushups:

Muscles Used: Biceps, core muscles, triceps.

How to do it: Get onto the floor, hands shoulder with apart, feet together and touch your nose to the floor, repeat.

Situps:

Muscles Used: Core

How to do it: Sit on the floor, knees bent in front of you, lean back and keep your feet on the floor, come back up and repeat.

Planks:

Muscles Used: Core

How to do it: Get into pushup position but with your forearms on the floor instead of your hands, hold.

Calf Raises:

Muscles Used: Calves

How to do it: Stand with your feet on the floor and rise up to your toes, repeat.

Lunges:

Muscles Used: Thighs, calves.

How to do it: Feet shoulder with apart one foot in front of the other and lean forward, hold then switch.

Step Ups:

Muscles Used: Leg muscles

How to do it: Find a block and one foot at a time step up then step down, repeat with other leg.
