Shaggy’s Power

Next up is the Shaggy meme! This meme makes Shaggy from Scooby-Doo have the power to defeat any foe. This meme has been floating around the internet since 2017. Its first occurrence was a YouTube edit of a scene from Scooby-Doo! Legend of the Phantosaur with music from Dragon Ball Super depicting Shaggy as powerful, even in the universe of Dragon Ball. Most memes now are pictures of interviews with the cast for the live-action movie saying how extremely powerful Shaggy was. Another popular rendition is where Shaggy is battling with other powerful characters from different franchises. He usually beats them with a small amount of power, such as 1%. The popularity began at the end of January and currently is slowly dying down.
