The old dining hall and the old pharmacy are also now part of the new passage leading out to the front entrance. Staff will be able to exit through the sessional rooms. A tender has been announced for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new staff block with piling and associated site works for Arwyp Medical Centre, erf 2733 and portion of erf 2733 at 20 Pine Avenue, Kempton Park, Gauteng. Arwyp Medical Centre is a private hospital in Kempton Park. The hospital has 343 beds, including 33 ICU beds and 10 neonatal ICU beds. Other features include 11 operating theatres, of which two are dedicated to open-heart surgery, a 24-hour pharmacy, and a 24-hour casualty department with a designated outpatient department. This is part of major works at the Centre. Construction on all the major renovations at Arwyp has always been done in phases so as not to be too disruptive to the everyday workings of the hospital. To facilitate this process, parts of the area have been closed off and a temporary passage has been created leading from the casualty department and the radiology section to the front of the hospital. Part of the casualty department has also been closed to create a link to the new passage. Sandton Gate infrastructure Construction is under way of civils and services for the new Sandton Gate precinct development situated on William Nicol Drive, Sandton, Gauteng. This development also includes features such as piazzas and walkways, fibre connectivity, and state-of-the-art security. Building A will comprise P-Grade office space of approximately 13 000m² as well as a 2 500m² gym facility situated in the building. The building will be surrounded by a landscaped piazza with a coffee shop offering.
