The Roddy
Through its Roddy Tank, Structa

The Roddy Tank is a sectional round
galvanised water storage tank in the
following capacities: 3 900ℓ; 7 200ℓ,
and 10 000ℓ. Where, for example, a

village’s population grows, requiring
a bigger water storage tank, “then
this patented system can provide for
an easy extension to increase the
volumes of the water storage tank.
There is therefore no need to replace
the original water storage tank with
a bigger water storage tank.” The
Roddy Tank can be on ground level
or on a stand of 5m or 10m.
The Roddy Tank may be used
for applications such as rural water
storage, domestic water storage,
industrial water storage, as well
as agricultural water storage.
Its longevity lasts up to 40 years
(hot dip galvanised according to
SANS 121, ISO 1461), is easily
transported and erected, and it
requires minimal maintenance,
says Cory.
