Braam Basson, associate: Contract Management at Aurecon, describes their involvement: “Basically, our scope of work was eveloped by the Rabie Property Group at a cost of R460- million, Sable Park is a new commercial development comprising 16 300m 2 of premium-grade offices, on a key gateway site to the south of Century City’s Bridgeways Precinct.
