After Dinner Mints and magnetic moulds If you love making beautiful and delicious chocolates you need to invest in a magnetic mould. These polycarbonate moulds can be used in the same way as your regular moulds. The advantage with them lies in the fact that you can remove the base, line it with a transfer sheet, place them together again and then continue as usual. When you unmould your chocolate it will have the transfer pattern printed onto the chocolate. 1 2 3 4 1 Mix mint chips into melted chocolate. 2 Line the bottom of your magnetic mould with a transfer sheet. 3 Slip the two pieces of magnetic mould back together. Fill the mould with the mint chocolate mixture and place in the freezer to set. 4 When set remove the metal plate from the back of the mould and peel off the transfer. 5 Unmould by gently pressing the chocolates out of the mould. Place in individual cup cases. All ingredients and moulds available at The Chocolate Den 5
