Daniel B. Levine
Daniel B. Levine is special counsel in the Shanghai office of Covington
& Burling LLP. A member of the firm’s M&A department, he advises
Chinese and multinational companies and investment funds
in complex outbound and inbound corporate and commercial
transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures,
greenfield investments, venture capital investments and technology
transactions. Levine is fluent in Mandarin and was formerly resident in
the firm’s New York office.
