COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MARKET DRIVES GROWTH FOR BOWER & BAILEY
Over the past 12 months the commercial property market in Swindon has seen continued growth and remains encouragingly buoyant as we move into the first few months of 2017 . Bower & Bailey Solicitors saw the number of commercial property transactions increase significantly firm wide in 2016 , but particularly in Swindon where the Regent Circus based office is embarking on its 32nd year in the town .
The Swindon office has grown more than 20 % since the recession in 2008 and continues to receive an increasing demand for its services .
Simon Smith , managing partner has just recruited a further two new members to the team in order to accommodate the rapidly increasing activity in the new build residential sector and continued resurgence in the commercial property market .
