AEGD Puerto Rico Residents Participate in 75 th Annual Dental Congress of the Caribbean
NYU Lutheran Dental Medicine AEGD Puerto Rico residents had the opportunity to attend lectures on various topics at the 75 th Annual Dental Congress of the Caribbean , held February 18-20 , 2016 , at the Convention Center in San Juan . This congress is the largest and most important dental convention in Latin America .

Dental Medicine Leaders Support Annual Dinner Dance
NYU Lutheran Dental Medicine leaders attended the NYU Lutheran 133 rd Annual Dinner Dance , held in April 2016 at Pier Sixty-Chelsea Piers in Manhattan , NY . Each year the Department of Dental Medicine supports the Dinner Dance . This year , funds were raised to help accelerate the expansion of NYU Lutheran ' s emergency department .

Congratulations to our pediatric dental residents in Tampa , Florida who have won our 2016 Halloween throw-down !
Each October NYU Lutheran PEDS sites are challenged to compete in a Halloween photo competition . The competition aims to create team spirit and unity among all sites , its faculty , staff , and residents . Photos are posted on the NYU Lutheran Dental Facebook page and the winner is selected based on the most " likes ."
