We decided to take on one specialist plus size designer - Callista. Designed for sizes 18 - 32 they focus on flattering the shape and their lace is stunning.
We also stock Ivory & Co, Kitty Chen, Kelsey Rose and Agnes. The styles have been chosen carefully to showcase a range of shapes to fit any figure in.
We have met some lovely girls since we opened in November. It is such a wonderful experience to be there when she finds 'the one'. You can't help but join in with the excitement and it's lovely to know that the dresses we have chosen are loved by our brides too. I love themes - I had a winter themed wedding - so I love being able to carry on designing our window.
We love hearing children when they stop outside to see "the pretty princess".
We decided to design our showroom around 'something blue'. Location was key and it took nearly a year to find the perfect premises. I always knew that I wanted to be in Knutsford, Cheshire. A place that a bride can come to for a day out, as well as a shopping experience at Edith & Winston. We hope to have created a welcoming environment when you come and visit.
We understand that the whole experience starts when you walk through our door and we hope that our blue Chesterfield sofas will be a comfortable spot to watch your loved one. We want you to have a personal service and offer 90 minute appointments so our attention is purely focused on you. Janet is wonderful with the brides and has an eye for detail. I love chatting to everyone and we really hope that no matter your size you feel comfortable to pop in and have a look at the beautiful designers we love.
