We tell our brides to bring along any inspiration that may have towards their wedding cake from dress fabric through to wedding flowers.

We believe that once their venue, dress and flowers are chosen, the feel and style of their day starts to come together, this then allows the creative challenge to start towards their wedding cake, this is where we come in.

Wedding trends are changing all the time, sugarflowers are still dominating, we take our time and create edible works of art.

There is however now a huge demand for dessert tables and soft iced wedding cakes.

We suggest to our brides to have dessert table on arrival or as an evening serving. Both options work really well and our tables are tailored to suit individual styles and themes allowing a mix of iced and soft iced cakes, mini desserts, macarons, cake pops, candy apples, mini cakes , really there are many possibilities.

Soft iced wedding cakes are huge at the moment, fresh floral's are a less expensive way then sugar flowers and still have a huge dramatic impact.

Pretty much all my childhood memories involve cake! I remember amazing, extraordinary and magical celebration cakes for birthdays and other family occasions – all baked by my wonderful Nanny Sheila, a patisserie chef. You could say that a passion for cake runs in the family.
