Alleyway love

by Mikaela Schiller

Alleyway love is pressed against cold brick walls

hidden in between

boxes and dumpsters,

It's spontaneous and short lived.

Alleyway love is his hands pulling your face to his,

It's hands that wander all over your body.

Alley way love is embarrassing and demeaning,

It leaves you frustrated and sad.

Because alleyway love isn't really love at all.
