Summer , lots of pub gardens and dinning outside , barbeques with the grandchildren
5 ) Are there any changes you would like to see being made in BS ?
Must improve traffic flows and parking , BS town centre will soon become a no go area once the new housing schemes are completed
6 ) What do you like doing in your spare time ?
Watch horse racing , my wife and I are members at Newmarket race course
7 ) Finally , what surprising fact can you tell us about yourself ?
I have shares in two race horses , one I have the naming rites which is called Woodside Wonder after the football clubs location and the other Marie ’ s Diamond , the later running at the Derby festival at Epsom on the Friday .

Bishop ’ s Stortford Museum News
This August join us for an enchanting and magical day at the Fairy Fayre !
The Bishop ’ s Stortford Museum is hosting its first Fairy Fayre at the Rhodes Arts Complex on the 18th August .
Throughout the day we will be showing fairy themed films for the little ones to enjoy . There will be a fancy dress competition and you may even get to meet a fairy princess ! So find your wand or pirate sword and come along to see Tinkerbell and the Pirate Fairy at 11am , or Strange Magic at 2pm .
Alongside the films we will have stalls open from 10am – 4pm with some amazing home-made crafts , pranic healing , fairy themed and lifestyle
products and lots more ! Take the chance to join in with our fairy themed craft activities , have your picture taken in the fairy photo set and follow the trails around our museum and garden to see how many fairies you can find !
There will also be the opportunity to find out and learn more about mindfulness and yoga from our specialists who will be running taster sessions on the day .
The Fairy Fayre is taking place on Saturday 18th August from 10am . The craft activities will be running from 10am – 4pm and there will be lifestyle sessions going on throughout the day . Please refer to the website and Facebook closer to the time for further details .

TBSHS boys pass Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Awards
Eleven Year 11 boys were recently presented with their bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award Certificates following a year of tasks and challenges .
The Bronze DofE programme has four sections ; Volunteering , Physical , Skills and Expedition . Pupils must do a minimum of 3 months activity for each of the Volunteering , Physical and Skills sections , and plan , train for and do a 2 day ( 1 night ) expedition ( plus a practice expedition ).
Mr Rawlinson-Mills , Deputy Head of 6th Form and D of E Coordinator said “ The boys should be congratulated on receiving their Bronze Awards . It is the culmination of almost two years effort , carried out in conjunction with school work and GCSE Exams . We are very proud of their success and look forward to seeing many of them progress to take the Gold Award in Sixth Form .”
