CONTENTS 4 6 7 8 9 10 11 FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR “We are blessed!” We have been busy these past few weeks packing boxes, making the move into our new facility and getting ready for the first day of school on August 24th. Ninety-three children will be starting that day! Student Spotlight: Luke Knapp You’re Invited: New Building Dedication I cannot begin to tell you how very blessed we are with an abundance in every area of the LLH. From financial provision to volunteer man-power, God has provided all of our needs...sometimes before we even know we have a need! In 2010, as we began raising funds for the expansion project, I felt the Lord gave me the following scripture. Deuteronomy 28:8 has been a promise I personally have held on to as we began the process of growth and change. Certain parts of the scripture align with different parts of our ministry. Little Light House @LLHTulsa llhtulsa He has been faithful to this promise, and I know it is because He has been working through YOU! You have blessed us with day to day operating funds to keep the bills paid on time and salaries met. You have continued to give to the building fund as we had much needed “add backs” which were scaled back in order to get the project started. You have volunteered your time in the classroom, at fund raising events and for special projects. You have stepped up and stepped in to make this happen. As we have said in the past, we can only do what we do because of the support we receive from the community. God working through you has enabled the Little Light House to keep the doors open for over 40 years, and provide these much needed educational and therapy services to amazing children. THANK YOU for the part you have played. We want you to see this amazing facility which you have made possible. I hope to see you September 7th at 12:30 p.m. for the Dedication!
