Deepest Sympathy goes out to the family of Jerry Hoffman who recently passed on to his heavenly home . He is survived by his wife Mary , daughters Jen & Jason Lyness , Sara and Larry Wert , Bridget and Don Allen as well as grandchildren , Lexi and Peyton Wert . Sister and brother , Sandy and Rodney Eckstein and Danny and Debbie Hoffman . Jerry was a good friend to my family over the years . Both of my brothers were in his wedding . They also played ball together on the “ B and B ” team and won many tournaments over the years . He always was up for a good card game . I ’ m sure that he is playing a hand and enjoying a cold one with Alma and Junior and “ Big Man .” We will all miss you !
