The Aurora Garden Club is gearing up for Fall in Love with Aurora . The contest features “ Scarecrow Alley ” located on George Street . Members recently gathered to begin assembling scarecrows for the event . After a delicious lunch and brief meeting , remnants and clothes were pulled out for the creation of unique and mischievous scarecrows , although the group may be more mischievous than any of the scarecrows . One scarecrow has been named Miss Tery Scarecrow and is sporting an evening gown that one of the members wore when she was eighteen just a “ few ” years ago .
