Sophomore Ryan Callahan worked 5.0 innings on the mound allowing just two hits and one unearned run to improve to 4-1 on the year. #3 Wisc.-Whitewater on 4/27 split a DH with UW-Platteville. Losing game one 2-3 and winning game two 5-2. On 4/29 they played #15 UW-Stevens Point in a DH dropping both games 2-3 and 5-15. #4 Salisbury on 4/27, Salisbury used big innings in the fourth and the ninth to earn an 8-3 victory over nonconference opponent Neumann University. Ryan Daiss pitched eight innings to earn his team-leading sixth win registering five strikeouts and allowing only three runs. #5 Birmingham-So was idle during the week.
