Since 1992, I have been passionate about selling real estate on Emerald
Isle and the gorgeous Crystal Coast. My husband, Dean, our two
daughters, Shannon & Jamie, and I have always had a special place in
our hearts for Emerald Isle. Originally from Henderson, North Carolina,
Emerald Isle has been our family vacation spot since the late ‘70’s. I now
provide the best real estate service and knowledge for anyone buying or
selling. My greatest reward has been the repeat business I receive from

My family’s desire to live by the ocean brought me to the Emerald Isle
area 25 years ago. Always having a love of real estate, it didn’t take long
to find a home at Emerald Isle Realty where I’ve been able to enjoy a
career working with my Buyers and my Sellers helping them realize their
goals and dreams from selling their prized investment or treasured family
homestead to making the biggest purchase of their life. I’m honored to be
a recipient of the Barefoot Broker Spirit Award from Emerald Isle Realty
and the Professional Service Award from the Carteret County Association
of REALTORS®. I am a consistent top producer earning Platinum and

Moving from the High Point/Greensboro area, Emerald Isle has been
my home since 1993. After 18 years of owning my own business, Data
Preparation, Inc., I decided to make a career change and selling real estate
along the Crystal Coast seemed like the natural choice. I am a Graduate
of the North Carolina REALTORS® Institute, a member of the Certified
Residential Specialist, a consistent Multi-Million Dollar producer and I enjoy
selling real estate on beautiful Emerald Isle. Whether you are looking to buy

As a native of the Crystal Coast, I can’t think of another place I’d prefer
to live. I love the land, the waters, the people and our simplistic way of
life. Because of this, I enjoy a successful real estate career. The real estate
advantages I offer come from my experience in property management
(beneficial for investors) and my involvement in the community, church
and schools (beneficial for relocating families). I am a graduate of UNC-
Wilmington with a BA Degree in Education. I am married to Budda
and have two children, Riley and Coley. I strive to instill in my children a
great appreciation for our area and provide experiences that build fond
childhood memories—like those I enjoy as a result of growing up at the
