At the end of 2018 our sales market was working with lower inventory than normal. Our 2019 spring market has started out strong and we have seen an increase in sales inventory and buyers. Although the inventory has increased since 2018, we are still in need of homes to sell. Our market conditions are favorable with property values holding strong and interest rates remaining low and attractive to buyers.
