SAVE THE DATE Apply for the Atlanta Bar Association Minority & Diversity Clerkship Program •6 week paid summer clerkship program. •Clerkships are provided by Atlanta area law firms and corporate legal departments. In addition, the program provides internships with Atlanta area judges. •The 2018 Minority & Diversity Clerkship Application will be available via the Georgia Law School Consortium Symplicity site in December 2017. •Must be a 1L Law School student with one of Georgia’s five accredited law firms to apply. The Atlanta Bar Association Minority & Diversity Clerkship Program was established in 1985. The objective of the Program was to increase and integrate the number of minority and diverse attorneys practicing in Atlanta law firms by facilitating their placement in first-year summer clerkships. Thirty-three years later, the Program continues to flourish with the assistance and support of the five accredited law schools in Georgia - Emory University School of Law, The University of Georgia, Georgia State University College of Law, Mercer University School of Law and Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School - and many Atlanta law firms, Corporate legal departments and Courts.
