4 On October 11, 2017, the Estate Planning & Probate Section
held a panel discussion at The Buckhead Club. L-R: Estate
Planning & Probate Section Chair Albert Caproni (Cohen
& Caproni LLC), Hon. Clarence Cuthpert, Jr. (Rockdale
County Probate Court), Hon. Bedelia Hargrove (DeKalb
County Probate Court), Jacquelyn Saylor (The Saylor Law
Firm) and Hon. Chris topher Ballar (Gwinnett County
Probate Court). The panel discussion topic was 'Judiciary
Preference for Probate Petitions and other Probate Matters.'
