morning the erfect setting for the Atlanta 2-Da
Wal for Breast Cancer. The Atlanta Bar Association
Women In the Profession Section s onsored Mile Mar er
7, and several WIP members were resent to cheer on
the wal ers. The cheering squad included Laura Zschach
(Chair), Melissa Reading (Vice Chair), Heather Miller
(Board Member at Large), Anita Wallace Thomas (Board
Member at Large), Cecilia Andrews (Board Member at
Large), Helen Pope, and Megan Hodgkiss. The goal of the
Atlanta 2-Da Wal for Breast Cancer is to hel the battle

against breast cancer, including diagnosis and su ort,
treatment, education and atient advocac , and all funds
raised in Georgia remain in Georgia. This was WIP s second
ear cheering on the wal ers
The cheering squad greeted the wal ers at the to of a
grueling hill with shouts of encouragement, stic ers, and
cand to give them an extra boost of energ . The biggest
cheerleader, who came in the smallest ac age, was Logan
Reading, 2, who was eager to share his cand with the
wal ers.
