On Thursday, May 30, the Judicial Section held the presentation of the Honorable Romae Turner Powell Judicial Service Award to The
Honorable Juliette W. Scales Chief Judge, Juvenile Court of Fulton County. The Judicial Section started the service award in 1991 to
recognize a Judge who has made significant contributions to the Judiciary through his/her work in the Judicial Section.
